概要

Are you a mama who loves fiercely but sometimes feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure if you’re doing enough? Do you long to feel more joy in your daily life—not just someday, but right now? You are not alone, and this space was created just for you.

Welcome to The I’ve Got You Mama Podcast. I’m Maria—a master certified coach, author, speaker, founder of The Joyful Reinvention, mom of six, and brand-new grandma (Lita!). I’ve walked the messy, beautiful, and stretching seasons of motherhood, and I know how easy it is to put yourself last, lose sight of your own joy, and wonder if you’re getting it “right.” My passion is helping women feel well in body, mind, and spirit while stepping into lives they’re wildly obsessed with, full of purpose, connection, and joy.

In this podcast, you’ll find encouragement, practical tools, and whole-person wellness strategies to help you step out of overwhelm and into more peace, intention, and fulfillment. Together, we’ll explore how to care for yourself, build resilience in your mind and emotions, nurture meaningful connections, and reconnect with passions that light you up. Some episodes will be just you and me, mama-to-mama, and at times I’ll invite expert guests to share wisdom that supports your journey.

This is your safe space to lay down the weight of comparison and self-doubt, and instead, pick up confidence, calm, and clarity. Because you deserve to enjoy your life now—not after the to-do list is finished, not when the kids are older, but in this very season.

So grab a cozy drink, take a deep breath, and join me here each week. Together, let’s create more joy, balance, and intention in your life and motherhood—’cause I’ve got you, mama.

  • Episode 15: How to Start Building Confidence in Real Life (3 Small Ways to Build Self-Trust)
    2026/04/14

    Hey mama,

Have you ever found yourself thinking, “I just wish I felt more confident…” - like there’s some version of you out there who has it all together, and you’re just not quite there yet?

Or maybe you’ve been waiting… waiting until you feel more ready, more sure,

more certain before you take that next step?

What if confidence isn’t something you’re missing… but something you build?

What if the reason it feels out of reach is because you’ve been looking for it before you begin instead of noticing how it grows as you begin?

In your real, everyday life—what would it look like to start showing up for yourself in small ways?

Where have you been trying to do everything at once… instead of choosing just one thing you could actually follow through on?

What’s one step you’ve been waiting to take until you feel ready… that you could gently move toward today?

And when things feel uncomfortable—when doubt shows up or it feels messy—what would change if you stayed with yourself instead of pulling away?

This episode matters because confidence isn’t built in big, dramatic moments. It’s built in the quiet, ordinary ones… the ones you’re living right now.

And you don’t have to change everything to begin. You’re already in the right place to start.

This episode is part of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast — a show for moms and women who want to care for their whole self, live with intention, and find joy without pressure or burnout.

Whenever you’re ready, press play. I’m really glad you’re here. And I’ve got you, mama.

  • Episode 14: What Confidence Really Is — And Why It Doesn’t Come First
    2026/04/07

    Hey mama,

Have you ever found yourself thinking, “I’ll do that when I feel more confident”… and then realizing weeks (or even months) have gone by and you’re still in the same place?

Not because you don’t care… but because you don’t quite feel ready yet.

I wonder—what if you’ve been taught to think about confidence in a way that’s quietly keeping you stuck?

What if the version of confidence you’ve been waiting for isn’t actually the kind that helps you move forward? And what if nothing has gone wrong… you’ve just been waiting for something that was never meant to come first?

In this episode, we’re gently shifting that understanding.

We’re talking about what confidence really is—and how it’s not something you need to have before you begin, but something that’s built because you begin.

What would change if you stopped asking, “Do I feel ready?” and instead asked, “Am I willing to trust myself to handle what comes with this?”

Where might you already be more capable than you’ve been giving yourself credit for? And what feeling might you be trying to avoid that’s actually the doorway to growth?

This isn’t about forcing yourself to be fearless or becoming someone completely different.

It’s about becoming someone who stays.

Someone who stays with herself in the discomfort, in the uncertainty, and in the growth—and builds confidence from that place.

    You’re not behind.

    You’re not missing something.

You’re just learning a new way to move forward.

And you’re in the right place.

  • Episode 13 - The Hidden Cost of “Should”
    2026/03/31

    Hey mama,

Have you ever caught yourself moving through your day feeling a quiet pressure you can’t quite name… like there’s an invisible list you’re trying to keep up with?

The kind where you’re anticipating needs, holding things together, remembering everything, and still wondering why it doesn’t feel like enough?

And if you slowed down for even a moment, would something fall apart… or would that just be a story you’ve been carrying for a long time?

Maybe you’ve noticed how often that word “should” shows up in your thoughts — in how you parent, how you show up for others, how you take care of yourself.

Should you be more patient? Should you be doing more? Should you be handling this better than you are?

And when you hear those thoughts, do they feel grounding… or do they feel heavy, like pressure sitting just beneath the surface of your day?

This episode is an invitation to gently look at those invisible expectations — not to judge them, but to notice them.

Because what if some of the things you’ve been carrying were never actually yours to hold?

And what if the exhaustion you’ve been feeling isn’t because you’re doing it wrong… but because you’ve been living inside a set of expectations that were never meant to define you?

As you listen, I want you to simply get curious. Where in your life are you operating from “should”… instead of choice?

What feels aligned right now in this season… and what feels tight, pressured, or draining? And what might change if you trusted yourself just a little more than the expectations you’ve been following?

You don’t have to solve anything today. You don’t have to fix yourself or figure it all out.

Just noticing is enough. Just being honest with yourself is enough. You are not behind. You are not doing it wrong. You’re learning how to come back to yourself — and that matters more than getting everything “right.”
