Dr Rosy Daniel wishes to share all she has learned in 40 years of Integrative Medicine to help you prevent and reverse lifestyle illness. With Karen Melllers and new co-host Evelyn Liddell-Davies we explore the therapeutic, lifestyle and self-help approaches which can make huge differences to symptoms and survival.
