She is passionate about helping women who are dealing with aging parents, raising a child with complex medical needs, rediscover their confidence, health, joy, and purpose with honesty, humor, and heart.

Kristen is a speaker, entrepreneur, health coach, wife, mom, and truth teller who rebuilt her life after divorce while raising kids, growing a business, and navigating anxiety. She’s passionate about helping women reclaim their health, confidence, voice, finances, and identity in life’s messy seasons.
