Welcome to my new podcast!! I'm Deedee, founder of T.H.O.C Fashion Design & Development studio and currently studying to be an accredited creative business coach and mentor. Very pleased to meet you! 

I am a former head of design for global brands turned independent fashion consultant and design specialist. With 15+ years of international experience for some of the largest retailers and indie businesses alike, I’ve worked on every aspect of fashion design &  development, creating collections, managing teams along with reviewing, sourcing and negotiating with factories. I've always strived to make the fashion industry a more inclusive place and make information more accessible. In this day and age, I think the idea of the fashion and creative industries being unfriendly and exclusive needs to be questioned and so I am delighted to invite brand founders and creative experts, from all walks of life, to open up their worlds, unlock some secrets and give great advice to those aspiring to work in their industry.
