    In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Cynthia Mathieu an expert on psychopathy in workplaces and on the corporate psychopath. We discuss her work, the harm these individuals cause, discuss some possible thoughts on female corporate psychopaths, and the consequences corporate psychopaths face.

    Dr. Cynthia Mathieu is an industrial-organizational psychologist and Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Québec in Canada. She studies and has published research on psychopathy and other dark personalities in the workplace, leadership, toxic workplace culture, and employee well-being. She consults with organizations and teaches on corporate psychopathy, employee selection, mental health in the workplace, organizational fraud, dark leadership, and work culture. She has been invited to speak for various organizations, including the Conference Board of Canada, the Canadian federal government, the US government, the European Central Bank, the Retail Council of Canada, and Facebook. She is the author of the book Dark Personalities in the Workplace, regularly posts on LinkedIn and YouTube, and hosts a podcast titled Healing Workplaces. She also has a new book coming out in the fall titled Toxic Workplaces.
