  • How to Become More Confident | Getting Uncomfortable on Purpose | JP Dinnell Podcast 145
    2026/07/02

This week on the JP Dinnell Podcast, JP challenges listeners to stop waiting for the perfect opportunity and start living with intentionality. Reflecting on the first half of the year, he shares practical lessons on becoming "default aggressive"—taking initiative in your leadership, relationships, faith, and personal growth.

JP explains how stepping outside his comfort zone by coaching beginner jiu-jitsu changed his perspective on leadership and fulfillment. He also issues a simple but powerful challenge: intentionally start conversations with people you don't know. Through these small acts of courage, we become better leaders, build stronger relationships, and create opportunities to encourage others.

Whether you're leading a business, raising a family, serving in your community, or simply trying to become a better man, this episode offers practical ways to stop drifting and start living with purpose.
