 I am somebody who has been working on my personal growth my whole life, which at this point is 70 years. Like many people who turn to the path of working on themselves, I started out with a lot of problems. Rather than just giving up, my attitude was maybe I can heal my life and maybe I can but if I don't try things definitely won't get better.

Do the work, get the paycheck.

In this podcast I would like to give you some things to think about and ultimately my hope is that you get motivation and tools to make positive change in your life.

This is going to be a very down-to-earth approach without a lot of pious tones of voice and platitudes. A podcast for everyday people who go to work, go shopping, drink beer, eat pizza and maybe even watch a football game on Sunday, and also for people who do yoga, eat health food and meditate every day.

I have read a lot of spiritual and metaphysical books, listened to tons of audiobooks, gone to workshops, done many many hours of practices, meditated a ton, so there are going to be lots of references to stuff you probably have never heard of. I'm not trying to explain in detail every reference I give. If you hear me refer to an approach that sounds interesting to you look into it for yourself

This stuff has helped me a lot. Now I want to share it with you so that you can experience increased health and happiness.
