Praised for her dynamic leadership and progressive vision, she is recognized for championing new music, mentoring the next generation of musicians, composers, and women conductors, and her work as an official mentor in the Taki Alsop Foundation's Fellowship program. She has guest conducted orchestras across the United States, Canada, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Algeria, and China.
