Sarah shared a story in this episode about an ordeal she and her family were undergoing for a good part of last year and felt the need to use it as a cautionary tale. Property disputes with a neighbor can be very stressful and once a neighbor decides to sue you, it adds a whole other layer to the discomfort. This is a good cast to listen to if you have an easement on your property. She, like a lot of other people are really not informed well at all regarding easements during the purchase of land but they are quite common for legal disputes so heads up if this is you.
