This podcast episode is a LIVE Coaching Call with Daya all about limiting beliefs around money and self worth. I had the idea last month to email my database and ask if anyone wanted to volunteer to be coached live on my podcast- and I got 10 volunteers! I chose Daya because of her topic- there were 3 or 4 other people with the same request.

What would your life look like if you moved from a place of abundance rather than scarcity? What decisions would you make differently? What would the results be? The energy of money is just that- its an energy. Lets dig in!

In this episode we discuss:

• The intake questions I sent her- to learn more about where she's currently at.
• What techniques she uses to calm her nervous system when she feels herself spiraling.
• How to create more pathways for money to come to her.
• How courage comes AFTER taking the action- not usually before!
