  • 54--Greatest Father of all time
    2026/06/18
Want to WATCH this episode? You can do so here: https://youtu.be/pz1BPNpHPssToday’s episode is a little different than most other ones, sinceI’m sharing some beautiful moments caught on video during a recent weekend spent in Ocean Grove, NJ, on the weekend before Father’s Day.Whether or not you will be celebrating this Father’s Day with your earthly father, a husband or child who is a father, or if your heart is not really ready for Father’s Day, because your own father was not a “model” father.Regardless, there IS One who is the Greatest Father of all Time … our “Heavenly Father”.His love is deep and profound, and so easily missed, because life and this “world” cry out loudly to distract our hearts from knowing Him.Many people question whether He truly is loving, because there are difficulties in our lives. And in reading the Bible, especially the Old Testament, they question God’s heart, because He so often chastised His children for running after false gods. Other things stole their attention away, and He used circumstances to call their hearts back to Him.Sometimes He will use such things in our lives to turn our eyes back to Him as well. In looking back on such circumstances in my own life, there is gratitude for every one (along with some tears, of course), because knowing HIM is of so much more value than any “painless” or “challenge free” life could ever be.By all means, I encourage you to go and actually WATCH the video of this episode, which can be found here:https://youtu.be/pz1BPNpHPssIn this video (and my current Podcast audio version) there are sweet moments of rest and restoration, with a good deal of footage from the beautiful shore of Ocean Grove, NJ.For this episode, I’m sharing two of my songs that I recorded from the porch of the hotel at which we were staying for a women’s retreat. I snuck up to that porch (while most of the other women were eating breakfast) and recorded a few songs. The two original songs that I share in this episode are “Father of all Creation” and “Precious Loving Father”.May Jesus bless your heart and encourage you as you listen….It was such a wonderful thing to be able to sing to Him up there, all alone … AND to be able to bring YOU with me via video. It put a smile on my face during one of the songs when suddenly I heard someone say, “Sing it girl!” during a slight pause in the music. Whether it was one of the women at the retreat on one of the other porches, or someone on the street below, only the Lord knows. How encouraging though! Wenever know who is listening/watching and being inspired by what the Lord is doing…So let us keep that in mind at all times.Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts…. (Psalm 95:7 and Hebrews 3:7)Seek Him while He may be found.Don’t miss the moment. He loves you my friend. If you know Him, draw near today and every day, first and foremost. If you have yet to meet Jesus and know Him as your Lord, Savior and closest Friend, here is a prayer that you can use to focus your heart on His own and draw near to the One who loves you more than you will ever know.https://www.lovinggrace.org/salvation-prayerAnd, if you plan to head to the Jersey Shore this summer, I will be singing live in Ocean Grove, NJ on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the Boardwalk Pavilion. Hoping you will be able to join me in that beautiful place LIVE….The songs used in this episode:Father of All Creation(Lisa Prokopowitz)All Rights ReservedCCLI song # 4376921Precous Loving Father(Lisa Prokopowitz)All Rights ReservedCCLI song # 4377872Good Morning Lord(Lisa Prokopowitz)All Rights ReservedCCLI song # 4997616Much of this video was recorded at the “Ocean Side Retreat Center” in Ocean Grove, NJ. https://wfc.life

    2026/04/16

In this episode, explore the relationship between the recent story of the serviceman in Iran who hid out in a cave or rock crevice to stay safe until he could be rescued, and the profound lyrics of the hymn "Rock of Ages".

So many scriptures talk about the Rock of our Salvation.

This episode encourages us to stay sheltered in Christ.

  • 51--What is the "Gospel"?
    2026/03/19

How do I know if Jesus has "saved" me?

This episode focuses on the foundations of Faith, and how to put our trust in Jesus and have a living relationship with Him.

It's the "Gospel in a nutshell" with a bit more explanation for those who are curious about Christianity.

BTW, if you have been moved by the words in this Podcast, and want to know clearly that you have begun a relationship with Jesus, check out this beautiful prayer that will help you ask Him to save your soul:

    https://www.lovinggrace.org/salvation-prayer

The hymn that is highlighted after the main discussion is an absolute CLASSIC called "How Great Thou Art" by Stuart K. Hine.

Lisa had played this in a video recorded earlier this year, and it is now also available as a stand-alone video on Lisa's YouTube channel at this link:

    https://youtu.be/Ld6kLRzQjq8

The song featured in the beginning and end is Lisa's song "Good Morning, Lord" which can be found here:

This episode of the “Manna from My Father’s Hand” podcast is likely the final one in the series about the body of Christ and documenting my recovery from a fractured wrist.

This episode wraps up the prior ones in this series, with gratitude to God for all He has done/is doing, and the recognition that through it all, His amazing gift-giving nature is evidenced in the simple every day gifts He has given to us that we often overlook and take for granted.

It also wraps up the entire series by revisiting the question of "What are you offering?"

At the end, Lisa shares another of her songs from that concert in Ocean Grove prior to her fall that fractured her wrist. The hymn is called "When Morning Gilds the Skies", with the arrangement and several lyric changes by Lisa Prokopowitz.

During this wonderful Christmas season, when we so often consider gift giving and receiving, may we be increasingly aware of the MANY good gifts that God has given us, and may we consider what we can bring to the table to bless HIM this Christmas and beyond.

This episode of the “Manna from My Father’s Hand” podcast continues on with the series about the body of Christ and documenting my recovery from a fractured wrist. This video is another one that was filmed early on in my recovery process.

The spiritual lesson spoken as a word picture had to do with the profound impact one member of the body of Christ can have on the other members.

The topics discussed are the importance of having a sober minded attitude toward sin, and our need to forgive and be forgiven by Jesus and each other.
