  • Goldilocks and the Three Manifestations
    2026/02/19

Stories have been used as a powerful spiritual practice for as long as bipedals have had some form of language. Tales bridge the distinction between brain and intuition. They evoke emotion and invite the brain to experience vivid imaginary participation in remarkable, extra-ordinary events. What would it be like to harness the power of the Wisdom Tale to shift energy, develop more expansive perspective, offer the observer's view of our own lives, and evoke sensations of joy, harmony, alignment, and expansion? With Goldilocks as our example, we examine three stories of Manifesting to expose the process and expand our understanding.

  • Allowing the Magic in the Minutiae
    2026/01/18

It's easy to talk ourselves out of identifying Magic when it happens. Much of the time Magic is working through the mundane, the minutiae, the string of moments that make up the course of our lives. If we take time to examine the minutiae and then Allow wonder to stand in the usual place of what we insist is logic, Divine workings are revealed. Mojo Mundi is about the Kosmic Energy of our physical world. But what does that really mean? As we embrace a nature-based belief system, it can be difficult to Allow that other creatures or that things have spirit, vibration, messages. In this episode, my friend, Stephanie Naftal, speaks about her path, which has been guided by the wisdom of plants since early childhood. Stephanie shares her lifelong journey with plant medicine and how she weaves together her scientific training, wisdom she has received from Indigenous teachers, and the communications garnered through direct communion with the living intelligence of plants. Together, we explore what it means to open to intuitive communication, to trust the quiet voices that guide us, and to step into the courage of sharing our own wisdom with the world. This conversation is an invitation to remember our relationship with the natural world and the medicine that moves through each of us. To learn more about Stephanie's offerings, click here.
