  • Psychotherapist Examines Why D4vd's Circle Allegedly Failed Celeste
    2026/05/07

Psychotherapist Shavaun Scott provides clinical analysis of the bystander and enabler psychology at work in the case surrounding David Anthony Burke, known as D4vd, and the death of fourteen-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Burke faces first-degree murder with special circumstances, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and mutilation charges. He has pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors convened three separate grand juries in this case, hearing testimony from friends, business associates, and family members. Burke's manager was reportedly overheard indicating that contacting law enforcement was not his responsibility. Friends reportedly accepted that a fourteen-year-old girl with braces was a nineteen-year-old college student. Burke's family members were all subpoenaed, with court records indicating his mother reportedly managed business finances. An online community allegedly had the victim's name surface in connection with her disappearance — with no reported action taken.

Scott analyzes the clinical frameworks that explain how professional loyalty, financial entanglement, social conformity, and diffusion of responsibility in digital spaces may allow alleged predatory behavior to continue undetected or unaddressed — and what the breadth of grand jury testimony reveals about the reported proximity of multiple individuals to the alleged conduct.

  • What Arizona Law Actually Entitles the Guthrie Family to Demand
    2026/05/07

Arizona has victim rights protections on the books. The Guthrie family are the recognized victims in this case. The question is whether those protections give them the legal authority to demand answers — about how this investigation is being conducted, what information they're entitled to, and what recourse they have if they're allegedly being shut out of the process.

Former felony prosecutor and defense attorney Eric Faddis breaks down the legal landscape surrounding Nancy Guthrie's disappearance with the depth and precision these questions demand. Nancy Guthrie, an 84-year-old woman and mother of NBC journalist Savannah Guthrie, has been missing from her Tucson-area home for over three months. Blood confirmed as hers was found at the scene. A masked figure was captured on recovered surveillance footage. No arrest has been made. No suspect has been publicly identified.

FBI Director Kash Patel stated his agency was kept out of the case for four days. The Pima County Sheriff disputes this. Content creators have allegedly built audiences off accusing the cleared family. Media outlets published unverified ransom demands.

With decades of experience as both prosecutor and defense attorney, Faddis analyzes what Arizona's victim rights laws actually guarantee, the legal thresholds for defamation claims against content creators, civil liability for alleged investigative failures, mechanisms to petition for a special prosecutor or federal takeover, and potential legal exposure for media outlets that published hoax ransom material. A comprehensive legal examination of every avenue that may be available to the Guthrie family.

  • Greater Grace World Outreach: Everything We Uncovered
    2026/05/07

A global church network built by a man who claimed divine revelation at a pond. A 172-page investigation that says its top leaders need to go. Two survivors — one born inside, one who walked in freely — breaking down how all of it works.

This is the full conversation on Greater Grace World Outreach, an organization that has operated across more than seventy countries for decades with churches, schools, a Bible college, a radio ministry, and missionary operations reaching around the globe. Most people outside those walls never knew it existed. A grassroots investigation by former members, a Baltimore Banner series, and an independent report changed that.

Elita Galvin grew up inside Greater Grace from infancy and now hosts the Looking for Grace podcast, where she's built the most thorough public accounting of this organization's history and patterns. Oscar, joining us audio-only under a pseudonym, entered as an adult and experienced the identity suppression, manufactured language, and love bombing tactics that the investigation later confirmed as hallmarks of the group's authoritarian culture.

This conversation covers the full story — the control mechanics, the theological silencing tools, the investigation findings, the church's inadequate response, the IBLP parallels, the active lawsuits, and what the future looks like for the survivors who broke this open. Elita draws direct connections to the Duggar family and IBLP — a framework this audience already understands — and Oscar provides the raw human cost of what it means to carry religious trauma two decades after getting out.

This is one of the most comprehensive conversations we've had on institutional religious abuse. Once you hear it, Greater Grace World Outreach is a name you won't forget.
