The only way to end bullying is make an oath to end it in ourselves. 2. To stop the bullying epidemic, we must admit that the epidemic has three parts. Too many of us think it only has one part and that’s why we make no headway. The bullying epidemic, that I call the Bully War, has three equal pieces. They must all be squashed or the war will continue. The Bully, The Victim, and The Bystander will all have to be removed from within ourselves.
