Meditation Class Becoming Unity Consciousness

In this lesson I will be teaching a new meditation called Becoming Unity Consciousness. The purpose of this meditation is to teach you a 30 minute practice that you can do everyday to help you create a shared reality that is a reflection of unity consciousness in its balanced coherent state. This lessons starts with a brief explanation about this meditation. we will then transition to me practicing the meditation movements with you and finally we will move into the whole meditation practice.
