In this episode, I’m talking about something we don’t do enough of: listening to our bodies when they tell us it’s time to rest.
So often, we push through exhaustion, ignore the signals, and convince ourselves to keep going. But the truth is, your body is always communicating with you, whether it’s through fatigue, tension, or burnout. And it’s our responsibility to listen.
I’m sharing my personal experience with recognizing those signals, honoring the need for rest, and shifting my mindset around productivity and pause. Rest isn’t a setback, it’s a necessary part of showing up fully in your life.
