  • Bunnies, Brackets & Candy-Fueled Chaos
    2026/04/04

Spring has officially arrived, and Pop Culture Roulette is celebrating the only way we know how—with a chaotic mix of debates, nostalgia, and an absolutely stacked candy bracket. This week, Jeremy takes control of the wheel and throws Justin and Nicholas into a series of Easter-themed debates that quickly spiral from lighthearted fun into surprisingly passionate arguments. What starts as simple holiday preferences turns into full-on defenses, bold stances, and a few takes that might raise some eyebrows.

And that’s just how things get started.

The real centerpiece of the episode is a full tournament-style bracket to crown the greatest Easter candy of all time. From iconic chocolate staples to colorful, sugar-packed classics, every matchup brings tough decisions, unexpected disagreements, and a whole lot of second-guessing. Some picks feel like no-brainers…until they aren’t. Nostalgia clashes with taste, tradition battles innovation, and more than once, the outcome comes down to pure chaos.

As the bracket unfolds, alliances shift, arguments get louder, and a few shocking eliminations leave everyone questioning everything they thought they knew about Easter candy. Will a legendary favorite dominate the field? Will an underrated sleeper sneak its way to the top? Or will the final winner leave everyone stunned?

Between the debates and the bracket, this episode captures everything we love about the holiday—fun, ridiculousness, and just a little bit of controversy. Whether you’re in it for the candy, the competition, or the chaos, there’s something here for everyone.

Did we get it right, or completely blow it? Let us know your ultimate Easter candy rankings, share your bracket winners, and don’t forget to follow, rate, and spread the word about Pop Culture Roulette wherever you listen.

  • Debatable Hits & Roundhouse Kicks
    2026/03/28

This week on Pop Culture Roulette, we take on a local bracket from 102.9 The Hog… and almost immediately abandon the idea of blindly accepting it. Instead, we spend most of our time asking a much more important question: why are some of these songs even on this list in the first place?

As we work through the matchups, the episode turns into a full-on takedown of the bracket itself. We’re not just debating winners—we’re calling out the biggest offenders, breaking down which artists absolutely do not belong, and questioning the decisions of whoever put this thing together. Some picks feel lazy, some feel completely off-base, and a few make us rethink the entire premise.

And yet… despite all of that chaos, we still play the game. Round by round, argument by argument, we push forward, balancing legitimate debates with pure disbelief until somehow—against all odds—we actually land on a winner. It’s messy, it’s heated, and it probably makes less sense the longer it goes… but that’s exactly how this bracket deserved to be handled. All the while, we keep things grounded with ongoing tributes to Chuck Norris, because if anyone can bring order to chaos, it’s a well-timed roundhouse kick.

In the end, this isn’t just about what song comes out on top—it’s about everything that went wrong getting there.

👉 Give it a listen and jump into the argument: which songs had no business being here, and did we still get the winner right?

  • From Genius to Insane: Comics Got Weird
    2026/03/21

The crew dives headfirst into the wild, weird, and sometimes downright unbelievable world of comic book crossovers—and this time, there’s a twist. With Jeremy missing from the episode, Justin is thrown into the hot seat for a chaotic game where he’s given multiple crossover scenarios and has to decide which one is actually real… and which ones are completely made up.

And when we say weird, we mean weird. From legendary franchises like Predator, Archie, Superman, Godzilla, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to some deep-cut, blink-and-you-miss-it comic insanity, this episode explores just how far comics have pushed the idea of “why not?” over the years. Because somehow, some way… a lot of these ridiculous ideas actually made it to print.

Along the way, we break down what makes these crossovers work (or not), how they even get approved in the first place, and why comic books might be the only medium where this level of chaos not only exists—but thrives.

Can Justin separate fact from fiction, or will the fake crossovers prove just believable enough to fool him? More importantly—can YOU?

Play along at home, keep score, and let us know how you did. Drop your score, your favorite wild crossover, and tell us which one completely broke your brain. And if you’ve got an even crazier crossover we didn’t mention, we want to hear it—because clearly, nothing is off the table.
