Years before her death, Rachel Hansen rode her horse Dash through the greenbelts of Gilbert carrying a sign that read: “Silence is Betrayal.” On June 4, 2022, Rachel was killed. Four years later, her family is still searching for answers.

On the four-year anniversary of Rachel’s death, her parents Kim and Todd Hansen will be holding a press conference, along with private investigator Justin Yentes, that was never held in the immediate aftermath of her murder. We created Reconsidered Unsolved because Rachel deserved to be remembered and her loved ones deserve answers.

Our goal has always been simple: keep Rachel’s story alive in the hopes that someone remembers something, says something, or finally comes forward. We will be in attendance at the press conference June 4 10:30 AM PST, will be making a statement and will be live-streaming the press conference on our YouTube channel — a platform we’re finally beginning to use — and we would be incredibly grateful if you would subscribe, join us live, and continue helping us keep Rachel’s story visible.
