In 2020, my husband and I moved into what we thought was our dream home in Fallon, Nevada. The house? Perfect. The neighborhood? Well… let’s talk about Geoff.

Geoff was our spicy, confrontational neighbor with a massive shed, a perpetually barking dog, and a very strange backstory. Things got wild when he chased me down the street over a stop sign but that was just the beginning. We later discovered (thanks to a tip from a detective’s mom) that Geoff’s shed had a false wall, hiding a 50-foot hole allegedly used for explosive testing. And the reason they found it? His son reportedly blew himself up in the desert.
