Based on the highly successful EP7 Process - Reinvent You in 7 Steps, founded by George Helou. The Reinvent You Show (previously called the EP7 Podcast Channel) is hosted by the founder and his co-hosts. The EP7 Podcast Channel was launched to share with you practical and timely advice to improve your confidence, clarity and resilience in all aspects of your life, particularly your relationship with yourself as well as with a partner, family, colleagues and beyond. We hope you also engage the conversation on the EP7 Official Facebook Page. The EP7 Podcast Channel is about sharing insights and ideas to help us create and improve relationships and realise our most important goals. We decided to dedicate the first series of podcasts to intimate relationships and how closely this interconnects with the relationship with yourself. We look at bad habits and how we seal a relationship's fate from the moment we begin it, what to do so we are in a position to attract a suitable partner and what it means to grow together. Another area of conversation will be relationships at work, looking at management and colleagues. We explore how to develop work cultures, helping them to move out of office politics and into thriving environments while breaking records. We also look forward to discussing relationship issues that arise with family members who we love but who do seem to frustrate us more than anyone. This is where many of us say that our buttons seem to be pushed the most intensely and frequently. Between the podcasts and the EP7 Official Facebook page, our conversation will take place, therefore together with your feedback and participation, you can guide where our adventure takes us.All Rights Reserved 社会科学 科学

  • Anger Management - The Truth About Anger
    2026/05/23

In this episode, we explore anger in a completely different way - not as something bad, immature, or dangerous, but as an emotional signal that something important may be ignored. We unpack why many people suppress anger, how that suppression turns into passive aggression, resentment, people pleasing, burnout, and even ghosting. Through personal stories and practical workplace examples, we discuss how healthy anger can become assertiveness when expressed calmly and clearly. This conversation is about learning to speak up earlier, set better boundaries, and stop waiting until frustration turns into explosion.

    Key topics
    1.Anger as a signal

Anger is not always the problem. Sometimes it shows that a need, boundary, or concern is being ignored.

    2. People pleasing and passive aggression
When people suppress their anger to avoid conflict, it can leak out as resentment, avoidance, or ghosting.

    3. Healthy anger as assertiveness
The goal is not to explode. The goal is to express what matters clearly, calmly, and early.

    2026/02/19

In this episode of Reinvent You, we break down what healthy boundaries actually look like and why most people either avoid them, weaponise them, or set them too late. Through real-world work and life scenarios, we unpack how boundaries are not about control or aggression; they're about negotiation, sustainability, and protecting what matters most.

    Key points discussed:

    • Why you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate

    • How to build boundaries that create a genuine win–win instead of resentment or burnout

    • Why staying calm when others get angry is the real power move in boundary setting

Through powerful role play, we explore how to shift from feeling attacked to creating win–win outcomes at work.

    Key points
    1. Why assuming the other person wants you to succeed completely changes the power dynamic
    2. How to build an unshakable internal foundation so you don't collapse under criticism
    3. How to handle vague feedback, doublespeak, and manipulation by calmly asking for clarity and facts
