On Resurrection Sunday, Pastor Mike Stevens reminds us that the empty tomb is the greatest moment in history. Jesus did not simply die on the cross. He rose again, conquering sin and death and offering eternal life to anyone who believes. Because of His sacrifice, we are invited into a restored relationship with God through faith. The message “Wake Up, Sleeper” challenges us to awaken our faith and recognize the incredible promise found in Christ.
Pastor Mike Stevens points to the words of Ephesians 5:14 and calls believers to step onto the narrow road that Jesus described. Following Christ means fixing our eyes on Him, throwing off the sin and distractions that slow us down, and running the race marked out for us with perseverance. God has a purpose for every life, and through His help we are destined to overcome. Resurrection Sunday is a call to stop delaying faith, fully trust in Jesus, and live the life He created us to live.
