  • The Summer House Scandal: We Need To Talk About It
    2026/04/03

    Wow, what a week.

What started as a scandal on Summer House quickly turned into a much bigger conversation.

In this episode, I’m unpacking the situation involving Ciara Miller, West Wilson, and Amanda Batula — and why so many people are reacting so strongly to it.

We’re talking about hypersexualization of Black women and women of colour, the experience of being desired but not always chosen, and what it feels like to be “othered” in friendships, dating, and predominantly white spaces.

I briefly share my own perspective growing up in a small, mostly white town, and how moments like this on reality TV can reflect real-life dynamics that don’t always get named.

This isn't just a Bravo cheating scandal. It’s about who gets empathy, who gets labeled, and how race can quietly shape the way we experience relationships.

    (Also: TEAM CIARA, always!)

  • Girl get up! The mental health reset you need
    2026/03/20

A few minutes of movement each day can work wonders for your mental health, especially during the winter months, when snow, rain, and long hours indoors make it so easy to stay cozy. Unfortunately, that can also mean we aren't moving our bodies!

Daily movement is a reset for your mind, a break from screens, and a reminder to be present. Step outside and touch some grass friends! It'll do wonders xx

  • The Impact of Hayley Kiyoko & Why Girls Like Girls Means So Much
    2026/03/06

A short and sweet episode about my love for Hayley Kiyoko and how the Girls Like Girls music video became a defining moment for so many queer people when it came out in 2015.

I share my own feelings around the music video, and how watching it for the first time in 2015 (at 20 years old) had me reflecting on feelings I had for a friend back in high school.

PS: What a full-circle moment — Hayley Kiyoko’s directorial debut, the feature film adaptation of Girls Like Girls, hits theatres June 19. The gays are screaming.
