I mean, everyone can recall a moment they wanted to blend in with the wall behind them because of something they said. We're all human—it happens! But we don't want that to happen when we share the Gospel. So today, I'd like to share an icebreaker that may be the easiest way to start a spiritual conversation! So one of the easiest ways to start is by bringing up something you've done recently at church. Sharing with somebody how much you love your church and asking them whether or not they go to church is really simple. And it’s an easy follow-up then to say, "Church is important to me because that's where I learned about how I can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Can I tell you about how that’s changed my life?" Now, you’re going be surprised by how many times you will hear "yes!" People genuinely want to know what’s important to us.
