The Walter Cup is coming home – Montreal and Ottawa advance to the PWHL’s first-ever all-Canadian Final. Charge goalie Gwyneth Phillips has been fantastic for the second-straight playoff year but M.P.P. and the Victoire are on a mission to prove all the naysayers wrong – Michaela and Vanessa make their Walter Cup predictions! Detroit and Hamilton aren’t the only cities getting an expansion team, the PWHL is also going to… Vegas?! Laura Stacey recorded the first-ever PWHL playoff hattrick in Game 1, albeit in a losing cause. Britta Curl misses Game 2 for an illegal suspension to the head, her fourth suspension in two seasons. Good news: Detroit, and possibly Hamilton, are getting PWHL teams. Bad news: here comes another traumatizing expansion draft. Important question: where do you stand on WAG jackets? The WNBA season – which was at one point in doubt – is finally here, and we have a Canadian-based team to cheer for in the Toronto Tempo.     The PWHL Playoffs are here! Michaela and Vanessa have a bone to pick with the schedule-makers and break down Ottawa's Game 1 loss in Boston. Head coach Carla MacLeod makes an emotional return behind the Ottawa Charge bench. Montreal and Minnesota face off in the other semifinal. The Victoire have yet to win a playoff series and have lot to prove while the two-time Walter Cup champion Frost will relish the role of playing the villain. The Vancouver Goldeneyes earn the number one pick in this year's PWHL entry draft and will almost certainly select generational defender and Olympic MVP, American Caroline Harvey. Canadian Kia Nurse drains a three-pointer in the Toronto Tempo's first-ever pre-season game. The Tempo are a week away from playing their inaugural WNBA regular season opener. Paige Bueckers addresses her relationship with Dallas Wings teammate Azzi Fudd. Michaela and Vanessa come to the defence of Angel Reese who is fined for not talking to the media as she reboots her career with the Atlanta Dream.
