Did you ever wonder what it’s like to have a baseball thrown in your direction at 90 mph

Would your eyes be quick enough to see it coming

Would your reaction time be fast enough to swing your arms holding the bat to get a piece of it

Would you be patient enough in the batter’s box to take your pitch

Would you be able to swing fast enough to connect

Realistically it’s very intense and quite unnerving

To get up to face a pitch thrown at 90 mph is no easy feat

It takes courage to get up to the plate to face a major league caliber pitcher

It takes years of practice to hit

It takes confidence and a little bit of luck

They say baseball is a kids game
