God, Source, the Universe—whatever you call it—is already within you. And finally, faith over fear. There will always be mystery. The invitation is to choose faith anyway. Say yes. Trust the adventure. Follow the thing that feels alive.

During our conversation today, we lean into what resistance really is, and how it feels to actually go towards the growth edges in our lives. Resistance is often a sign of expansion. Instead of resistance meaning "don't go," we explored the possibility that resistance often appears right before growth. Life is always inviting us into this deeper expression and expansion in our life. We're not afraid of the unknown. We're afraid of what we put in it. Resistance grows when fear grows. Faith softens resistance. Do you believe you live in a friendly universe or not?
