概要

Tap Often is the audio journal of a couple dopes, Alex and BJ. The world needed more podcasts from two out of touch men, and they answered the call. Join them each episode as they provide their thoughts on Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and Muay Thai. Maybe they'll get around to discussing hard training, fragile egos, bad ideas, worse decisions, and even worse knees.
