    What has trying to keep everyone happy cost you?

    It has cost me quite a bit in my life and it wasn't until therapy that I realized how much of me I put to the side and how others just let me do it. My own trauma in my life held me back because this was expected of me and I am to please.
    • Childhood conditioning
    • Fear of rejection
    • Wanting people to stay
    • Being overavailable
    My Revelation: I realize way too late about this.

    People pleasing is self-abandonment dressed up as kindness.

    My Faith Moment was:

    God never asked you to sacrifice yourself to earn love.

    I want you to know something. You don't have to have everything figured out.

    You don't have to be healed completely. You don't have to be strong today.

    God began revealing to me that I was surviving and it's okay to change and not be a pleaser pretty much. It's okay to say no and it's okay to put yourself first. It was time and if you understand where I'm coming from than follow my story so we can share or likes, dislikes, growth, wins and so much more.
