Have you achieved success as a PA, yet something seems to be missing? You've tried so many things, yet deep down you feel empty inside. Perhaps everything looks "ok" on the outside, yet the truth is, on the inside you are struggling? Maybe you desire a life with purpose and meaning, yet remain uncertain of your next step.

Come, take a seat at my table, you are welcome here. In this podcast you will find a simple, yet transformative approach to unlocking emotional freedom and purpose in life. My mission is to empower and equip you to discover the joy and fulfillment possible through faith, spiritual discipline, and neuroscience.

Hi, I'm Kristen, a Jesus lover, Lifestyle Medicine PA-C, and Mindset Expert. For over 7 years I sought emotional freedom in all the wrong ways. I was chasing after yoga, alternative healing practices, and new age thinking. All of it left me empty, more hopeless, and in despair of ever finding peace of mind and purpose in life.

One day I woke up and realized to find purpose, the RIGHT foundation was necessary. I had been trying to build on sand instead of rock. A mindset method was born, and it opened the door to peace and emotional freedom. A simple strategy I could seamlessly integrate into my daily routine. A new way to approach mindset that is efficient and fun! And now, I'm ready to share it with you.

If you are ready for a new approach to mindset geared towards PAs... Simple, efficient solutions which seamlessly integrate into your busy schedule...Undeniable results including a peace of mind, a renewed sense of purpose, and deep sense of fulfillment in life..

If you are a PA ready to grow and challenge your thinking, this podcast is for you!!
