Your Midheaven (MC) in Astrology represents how you are of service in the world, your reputation, your work and your leadership energy. I sometimes refer to it as the “Fame Point” as the Midheaven is what you will be known for.

In this episode, we kick off a new series on my 12 Cosmic Leadership Archetypes, exploring the 12 ways people lead and are known with their Midheavens. I developed these archetypes in 2020 to help bold leaders like you to build magnetic brands and to find their zone of genius. There are many cosmic clues to unlocking your success and personal power, and the Midheaven is a fundamental place to start.

I fear Personal Development leaders and coaches have lost the plot.

This podcast is one near and dear to my heart and my mission. This episode is specifically for people in the personal development space, who have a platform and are thinking about how they use their voice during these crazy times amidst the rise of fascism and erosion of human rights (in many countries not just the USA).

I’m not going to mince my words here. I’m seeing too many “thought leaders” promoting cowardice and compliance instead of courage and care and I’m OVER it.

I wanted to make this podcast to further a very important conversation my industry needs to have about speaking up vs being silent about world events, or even just events in your backyard happening to your clients and community.

This week alone I’ve heard leaders in my industry say:

* “This has nothing to do with me”

* “Neutrality is more spiritual”

* “Stay in your lane”

* “Protests don’t do anything”

* “It’s more important to just regulate your nervous system and run your business right now”

* “Don’t give into the ‘pressure’ to speak out”

* “Human Design shows that some people are not meant to be spokespeople for collective issues”

As coaches and personal development leaders, we’re supposed to help people to live more authentic, joyful and fulfilled lives so they can create a better world for us ALL. It was ALWAYS A COLLECTIVE MISSION, never only a personal one.

While some may have lost the plot, I know we can get it back.
