  • The Lonely Side of Ambition
    2026/06/29

Does ambition ever make you feel lonely?

In this episode of The Follow Through, I open up about something I don't think people talk about enough. The loneliness that can come with building something meaningful.

Whether you're in college, starting a business, creating content, writing a book, or simply chasing goals that the people around you don't fully understand, this episode is for you.

I share my own experience of balancing college while building my business, why growth can feel isolating, the pressure ambitious people often put on themselves, and why feeling misunderstood doesn't necessarily mean you're on the wrong path.

If you've ever questioned whether you're sacrificing too much, wondered if you're falling behind, or felt disconnected because your priorities have changed, I hope this conversation reminds you that you're not the only one.

  • What to Do When You Don’t Feel Like It
    2026/06/08

Most people know exactly what they should be doing.

They just don’t feel like doing it.

In this episode, I break down what to do in that moment, how to stop waiting for motivation and follow through anyway.

    This isn’t about motivation.

It’s about what actually gets you to act.

Because if your actions depend on how you feel, you’ll always be inconsistent.

So I walk through what actually works by making it smaller, removing the option to negotiate, and focusing on becoming someone who follows through instead of someone who just thinks about it.

Because the difference isn’t who feels motivated.

    It’s who moves anyway.

  • Why Confidence Feels So Far Away
    2026/06/01

Confidence feels like something you’re supposed to have before you start.

Like you need to feel ready, sure, and certain… and then you can take action.

But that’s usually the exact reason it feels so far away.

In this episode, I talk through what actually changed that for me. From co-hosting a charity auction when I didn’t feel ready, to speaking on stage without knowing the questions, to writing and publishing my book without being sure it was even good.

None of those started with confidence.

They started with just doing it anyway.

This episode isn’t about becoming confident. It’s about understanding how confidence actually works, and why waiting for it is what keeps you stuck.

If you’ve been holding off on something because you don’t feel ready yet, this is for you.

  • How to Write a Book in Two Weeks
    2026/05/25

Most people say they want to write a book.

Not many people actually finish one.

In this episode, I break down how I wrote my book in two weeks and how one of my clients did the same, writing a full 10 chapter manuscript in that same timeframe.

This isn’t about being a writer.

    It’s about follow through.

I talk about how this started on a random road trip, the moment I realized there was no real reason not to do it, and what actually allowed me to sit down and finish something most people spend years thinking about.

Because the truth is, it doesn’t have to take years.

Maybe it’s not two weeks for you.

    Maybe it’s two months.

But it’s definitely not five years of thinking about it.

And more importantly, I talk about what writing the book actually did for me.

It didn’t just give me something to publish.

    It solidified my message.

It made me more confident in speaking and showing up.

And once it’s done, then you can refine it.

    Then you can improve it.

But you can’t improve something that doesn’t exist.

If you’ve been thinking about writing a book, this is your sign to stop thinking and start.

  • From Treating Symptoms to Changing Lives | Dr. Catalina Grija
    2026/05/18

From Treating Symptoms to Changing Lives: What Conventional Medicine Misses for High-Achieving Women

In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Catalina Grija, a physician with over 30 years of experience in internal medicine who made a bold shift into functional medicine after realizing treating symptoms wasn’t actually solving the problem.

We talk about burnout, especially in high-achieving women, and why it’s more than just stress. It’s what happens when you keep running on empty while ignoring what your body actually needs.

This conversation breaks down what’s really going on underneath the exhaustion, from inflammation and poor nutrition to hormones, chronic stress, and patterns most people never address. Dr. Catalina shares how her approach focuses on root causes, combining functional medicine, nutrigenetics, and mindset work to create real, lasting change.

We also talk about where to start if you feel burnt out right now and how small shifts in sleep, nutrition, and awareness can begin to turn things around.

You don’t need to keep pushing through something that isn’t working.

You need to understand what’s actually going on and then change it.

About Dr. Catalina GrijaDr. Catalina is a functional medicine specialist, certified nutrigenetics specialist, and certified transformational life coach. She is the founder of The Whole Life Wellness Club and creator of The Whole Life Blueprint Program, where she helps professional women break free from burnout, identify and shift limiting patterns, address the root causes of health issues, and design a life that actually supports them.

  • Life Begins Where Ego Ends | Elizabeth Barry
    2026/05/11

In this episode, I sit down with Elizabeth Barry, executive leadership coach, communication consultant, and author, and we go deeper than surface level mindset.

We talk about her personal story, including loss, and how that completely shifted the way she sees life, control, and what actually matters.

From there, we get into what she teaches now:

how ego shows up, how it keeps people stuck, and why so many people stay in thinking instead of actually moving.

    We break down:

What “everything you need is already within you” actually means in real life

Her frameworks like The Kind Communicator and The 5 Energy Empires (in a way that’s actually usable)

How breathwork and somatic tools can help you move through resistance in the moment

Why people stay in awareness but don’t take action

The difference between reflection and real change

This isn’t just about understanding yourself better.

It’s about actually doing something with that awareness.
