概要

A passenger flight in 1991 suffered a catastrophic in-flight breakup after taking off in what initially appeared to be normal conditions. The aircraft became uncontrollable during its descent, resulting in the loss of everyone on board.
Early speculation considered the possibility of an onboard explosion, but investigators quickly ruled this out after analyzing the recovered wreckage. The focus shifted to structural failure in the aircraft’s tail assembly, which had separated during flight and made recovery impossible.
