  • Episode 87: Still Netwalking, still networking!
    2026/07/10

It's been nearly 7 years since I started networking, and things have evolved since then.

Some networking groups come to a natural end, but I like to belong to some thing in that ilk, so I like to join a mixture of online and in person things, and it's nice to see the Anglesey opportunities are growing too <3

And it's not just about networking, it's also about trying new things and having fun/ making connections while doing it!

  • Episode 86: New Era Loading!
    2026/06/22

It's the month I turned 40, so I made it my mission to find a guest who also happened to turn 40 in the month of June, so when Tasha piped up that she turned 40 this month in a networking group, I knew she was my person <3

I was so happy when she said yes!

In this episode we discuss how she feels about becoming 40, what she's learnt, what she's looking forward to or not! And how she's started the era of not caring what other people think!

Warning: this episode contains one swear word.

  • Episode 84: Frequencies: The Future of Medicine
    2026/05/22

This month I'm talking to Michele about frequencies and how they can help every bit of life.

"I’m Michele, founder of Lumo Wellness. An award winning business Lumo was created from one simple belief: wellbeing should feel accessible, supportive, and able to fit into real life.My journey into frequency wellness started through my own healing. After navigating trauma, estrangement from my family of origin, surgical menopause, and raising a newly diagnosed autistic child, I was looking for something that could support my mental and emotional wellbeing in a gentle, realistic way. I didn’t have the luxury of stepping away from life to heal. I needed something that helped me stay grounded, regulated and present while still managing everyday life and parenting. That’s when I found frequency-based wellbeing. The easiest way I describe it is through music. We all know how certain music can affect how we feel. Calm music can settle anxiety, and an uplifting song can completely shift your mood within minutes. Frequency wellness works on a similar principle, using specific frequencies to support balance, regulation and wellbeing within the body and nervous system. It’s gentle, non-invasive, and designed to work alongside whatever else you already do to support your health.Through Lumo Wellness, I offer remote frequency scans where I assess what your body and energy may need support with and create a bespoke blend tailored specifically to you.I also created the Be Collection A range of frequency-infused everyday products designed to support you gently throughout the day, including lip balms, bracelets, necklaces and stickers in blends such as Be Calm, Be Happy, Be Focused and Be Abundant.I like to think of them as little pockets of support you can carry with you wherever you go. • Episode 81: Finding my Niche in Neurodiversity
    2026/04/10

Originally when I set up as a piano tutor, I wanted to appeal to anyone and everyone, I chanced saying I specialised in teaching older adults because it meant more daytime slots, but that backfired within the first year! I bumbled through until 2025, before realising what my actual niche was.

    Now clarity is 100%!

And it's all due to Neurodiversity <3
