    2025/01/31

I guess we will see!!! Ah!! It has been an INCREDIBLE journey (up and down, sideways and face-planted, broken as well as thriving). I am saying ciao for now for this podcast and am moving forward to expand my soul and love in the spiritual realm. As many say they retire... sometimes they show up again bigger and better ;) We shall see. Stay tuned. You can follow me on instagram @rebeccareinhart I will keep you posted on everything I do.

    With LOVE!!!!!!!!

  • No Stress Venice Bitch
    2024/11/01

Your feelings are all extremely welcome and valid. This episode is talking about the concepts we create for ourselves around stress and anxiety - and what is "true" vs what "isn't". Going even further to see if we can we make choices to help choose our challenges, with the potential to alleviate, or eliminate our stress entirely?? (Aside from our survival instinctual stress which helps keep us alive and safe in the 'wild'). LOVE YOU!
