    May is Mental Health Awareness Month. To celebrate, The Wrap employee podcast brought on experts from across the university to discuss the importance of mental health and the resources our team members have to protect theirs.


    Kelcey Stratton, the Chief Behavioral Health Strategist at U-M, first explained what mental health is and how it manifests — whether through anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction and more.
