Welcome to SoulFood podcast! In this episode, I dare to challenge the world's understanding of what love, genuine love, really is. We'll discuss the long-held belief that there are different kinds of love and, using Scripture, I hit on two of the major errors people believe about love, that sex is a kind of love and that there is some special form of love reserved exclusively for family, and that one's family members are to be held in a higher regard than they hold anyone else. Christopher Columbus dared to challenge the long-held belief that the world is flat, despite the serious opposition, but we all know how that story ended. Likewise, I do not hesitate to challenge the conventional wisdom regarding love, because it too is erroneous. Tune in and learn all about what love, as the Creator of love intended it, really is.
