  • 5 Ways to Treat Your Body Better

    Having a healthy body that moves every day takes intentional planning and goals that work for you. Small consistent habits will turn into who you are, so you'll begin to crave vegetables and exercise without relying on elusive willpower.

    As is the case with everything in life, it's all about balance and figuring out what you need to make it enjoyable, so treating your body right becomes sustainable and not just a passing fad that makes you feel defeated when you give up.

    No need to overhaul your life and make big changes overnight. That almost never leads to lasting change. Choose one of the 5 ways I list and stick with it for 3 months and observe how your brain and body slowly and steadily react.

    Investing in better health today and instilling this value in our kids is worth it to lead to more overall contentment, joy, and focus in life.
