These teachings emphasize that spiritual growth begins with greater awareness of the life energy within the body and its upward offering to God through meditation, devotion, and inner stillness. True guidance arises not from restless emotion or mere reasoning, but from calm intuition, humble attunement, and the sincere willingness to follow truth wherever it leads. The path of the soul is strengthened by right effort, purified feeling, and the uplifting influence of higher consciousness, until one learns to transform every challenge into an opportunity for divine realization.

This class teaches that all life is an expression of divine energy, and that by attuning ourselves to God through joy, willingness, and right action, we become more magnetic channels for that energy. Saying yes to life means accepting each circumstance as a sacred opportunity for growth, allowing divine guidance to flow more freely through our thoughts, choices, and service. True cooperation arises when we look beyond personal differences, align ourselves with higher principles, and recognize the same soul-seeking aspiration in everyone.
