How is team Enterprise going to deal with a Picard time clone that comes as a possible harbinger to their destruction? With grace and tact, that's how.

The Enterprise gets a tip, from the Klingons of all space people, regarding the remains of a straaaaaange vessel. Adam and Al are here to tell you about it. In the Star Trek: TNG episode, "The Royale", we get another entry in the "Holodeck w/o Holodeck" sub-genre of Star Trek episodes AND the "Crew Finds Some Nasa Crap" sub-genre. The writers went, "we want to have the crew in an old timey Atlantic City hotel, but we can't go back the holodeck. What if the crew finds a holodeck somewhere else? Also, Nasa crap? Now we're cooking with grease."
