Trusting yourself can be the hardest thing to follow through on in many situations. God made all of us unique and being authentic is living that individual gift to the fullest. We attract aligned relationships in all areas of our lives when we feel safe to have a point of view without being judged. Our children learn from our example with the type of relationships we choose to be available for and compassion for others, especially those that may be here to teach us a lesson.

In this episode, I will give examples you may relate to. Are people in your life for a reason, season or lifetime? One of my daughter's read the modern version on social media that read something like you never run into people again once their cycle in you life is complete. I find that so interesting, as I believe we do learn from relationships and hopefully evolve. I notice a few common traits of my current chosen relationships, including calmness, trusting, not judgmental and they don't tend to compare themselves to others in an unhealthy way.

-Different people have a different point of view and can still respect each other

-Being authentic includes allowing yourself to have desires and opinions on what you want for your children, the type of work roles you create and relationships you wish to nurture

-Integration is an option rather than choosing in your roles and what you are available for in this season

-Judgement or advice on your role as a mother or business from people without experience in these areas may include an intention that doesn't serve you

-What traits your desired relationships have in common
