In this episode, I’m sharing some personal experiences with alternative therapies — particularly homeopathy and Reiki — and how these approaches have shaped my perspective on healing.

This isn’t a scientific deep dive or an expert explanation of how these practices work. Instead, it’s more of a story time episode about the moments that led me to trust them.

I talk about my own experience using homeopathy during pregnancy, when conventional medicine wasn’t giving me the relief I needed, and how those remedies made a noticeable difference to my symptoms.

I also reflect on my journey as a Reiki practitioner, and some of the moments where I’ve witnessed people experience emotional or physical shifts during sessions.

This episode isn’t about replacing conventional medicine — but about exploring the idea that healing can sometimes come from places we didn’t originally expect.

Sometimes our beliefs change not through research or theory, but through personal experience.
