  • 70: Getting Diagnosed With ADHD Finally Explains My Whole Brain
    2026/06/24

“39 years later, my brain finally makes sense.” That’s the sentence I couldn’t stop saying after getting officially diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and I’m sharing the whole messy, validating, honest experience from my point of view. If you’ve ever wondered why you try so hard yet still feel behind, or why small tasks can feel strangely heavy, you’re going to recognise yourself in this one.

I talk about how ADHD can be missed when you’re the organised, responsible, rule-following kid who does well in school, the perfectionist who never causes trouble, the person who looks “fine” on the outside. We get into masking, people pleasing, procrastinating until panic becomes motivation, and the constant mental chatter that makes life feel like a browser with a million tabs open. I also share what changes and what doesn’t after diagnosis, including the grief and relief that can hit at the same time.

Then we move into real-life support strategies for adult ADHD: paper planners, Google Calendar, notebooks, lists, and even systems to manage the systems. I explain why motherhood turned memory and time into a whole new game, plus the ADHD traits that show up daily for me like time blindness, working memory struggles, interrupting in conversation, executive functioning friction, and the need for a short buffer between work mode and mom mode. I also share what’s helping right now, from a structured scheduling app to focus aids like classical music and brown noise.

If this resonates, listen all the way through and then come tell me your experience or your best resources.

Subscribe, share with a friend who needs the validation, and leave a review so more late-diagnosed listeners can find us.

  • 69: Bookish Yucks And Yums
    2026/06/17

What makes you drop a book instantly, and what makes you stay up way too late saying “just one more chapter”? I’m squeezing in a solo chat during a rare quiet newborn moment, and it turns into a full-on, strongly opinionated guide to my reading yucks and yums, plus a few real-life wins that actually work in the chaos of motherhood.

First up, a simple, budget-friendly at-home paint and sip that saves the day when plans fall through. Then we get into the book talk: the miscommunication trope that drags an entire plot, “too much spice and no plot” frustration, cringy dialogue that sounds like pandering, and why trauma for shock value leaves me cold. I also share why I’m hype-resistant, how I decide it’s time to DNF, and what I wish more stories did to earn real tension and payoff.

On the yum side, I’m talking pretty covers that deliver, books that make me feel something, slow burn romance, forced proximity, small town comfort reads, dual timelines, and the audiobook details that can make or break the experience. We also run through my current reads and why destination settings like Ireland or Southeast Asia are peak escapism when life feels heavy.

If you’ve got strong opinions or perfect-fit recommendations, I want them.

Subscribe, share this with your bookish bestie, and leave a review so more readers can find us.

  • 68: Why Your 30s Can Feel Like Coming Home
    2026/06/10

    Another Sheree solo episode.

Turning 32 made me pause and realise something I did not expect: my 30s are starting to feel like the decade I’ve been working toward, even though I definitely don’t have everything figured out. On a gloomy weather day with real-life mom chaos right around the corner, I wanted to capture that rare, calm, grateful headspace and talk it out like we’re voice-noting each other. If you’ve ever looked at your thirties like they were “so old,” this is your reminder that the view from here is a lot more human and a lot more hopeful.

We get into the moments that shaped this season, from celebrating big milestones like marriage and travel to finding my footing as a mom and pushing forward professionally (including earning the next license in my career). But I don’t skip the harder side of this decade either. The thirties can bring grief, shifting family dynamics, and friendships that change, whether through loss or through realising someone no longer fits your life. I share how boundaries have become less about shutting people out and more about protecting the version of me I’m trying to grow, and why having quality friends who can say “that sucks” and still stay matters so much.

We also talk practical goals for the year: getting back to feeling like me, staying on top of health and mindset, and leaning into community through the podcast, our book club, Bookstagram, and the newsletter. And because joy counts too, I’m sharing what I’ve been listening to lately for a little escapism, including Drake’s “Iceman,” Noah Kahan, Kehlani, Giveon’s “Beloved Act Two,” and new Tori Kelly singles.

If you’re navigating motherhood, adulthood, friendship shifts, or a big birthday, come hang with me for this short solo check-in.

  • 67: What If The Best Mom Choice Is Rest
    2026/06/03

Postpartum can make you feel like you’re living on shifting ground, and saying “I’m fine” doesn’t magically make it true. Sheree records her first solo episode at nearly four weeks postpartum to mark the moment, tell the truth about what’s helping, and name the fear many moms carry after a hard first experience with postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression.

We get into the biggest change right away: sleep. Not the dreamy, uninterrupted kind, but the kind you protect like it’s medicine. Sheree shares how pumping and constant wake-ups wrecked her rest the first time, and why choosing exclusive formula feeding now is a mental health decision, not a character flaw. She talks about letting go of pressure, getting longer stretches where she can, and using practical supports like white noise and a quick wind-down after night feeds.

From there, we zoom out into the “glimmers” holding her steady: fresh air and sunlight, toddler-friendly outdoor play, noticing the tiny newborn moments with less stress, and dropping the need to over-schedule every day. She also shares realistic postpartum self-care that doesn’t require a full makeover of your life, like electrolyte water before coffee, protein-forward breakfasts, long sensory showers as a reset, and building professional support with a perinatal therapist and a nutritionist.

Connection is a throughline too: audiobooks during late-night feeds, book club, online community, and leaning on a supportive partner while still protecting a little quiet time together. If you’re postpartum now or heading there soon, come listen, then tell us what worked for you.

  • 66: You Can Love Your Kids And Still Need You
    2026/05/27

You can love your kids completely and still miss yourself. I’m recording this one from the car on purpose, because sometimes the most honest conversations happen in the in-between moments, on the way to work, before the day takes over. I get real about the question so many moms carry quietly: who am I outside of motherhood?

I share what I was like before kids, when my life was full of hobbies and I could move from interest to interest without checking a calendar. Now everything takes planning, childcare, and a level of logistics that can drain the fun out of even the best intentions. We talk about that adjustment, the grief of losing spontaneity, and the relief that comes when your kids get older and you start getting pieces of freedom back. If you’re navigating mom burnout or trying to find yourself again, you’ll hear your own thoughts echoed here.

I also open up about the practices I’m exploring as part of my self-care for moms toolkit: reading more in every format, trying acupuncture, booking Reiki, staying curious about new experiences, and giving myself permission to experiment without needing to justify it. Along the way I share a few life updates, including how much I miss having Sheree on the mic and what’s coming next for Turn the Paige.

After you listen, come talk to me. DM us, email us, or leave a review and tell me what you do outside of motherhood, what you’ve discovered you love, and what you’re ready to try next.

If this resonates, subscribe, share the episode with a mom friend, and leave a rating and review so more women can find it.

  • 65: Why Are You Handing Me Trash While I Drive
    2026/05/06

Motherhood can feel like living in 20-minute blocks while everything around you keeps moving. I’m recording solo today while Sheree is deep in the newborn phase, and I’m honestly naming the thing so many moms feel but rarely say out loud: parenting is chaotic, ridiculous, and somehow we still adapt.

We get into the real mechanics behind that chaos, from kids eating in the car and handing you trash mid-drive to the constant shuffle of laundry, house tasks, and the never-ending question of what to do with them next. I share a mindset shift that came up in therapy and in my own “Chatty” check-ins: when you’re not gaining traction on your goals, it doesn’t always mean you’re failing. It often means you need better systems. That idea connects to everything from weekend routines to the daily pivot when yesterday’s plan stops working.

We also talk about the invisible work of being the default parent: managing appointment scheduling, relying on reminder emails, double-booking by accident, and running your life through Google Calendar and a paper planner just to stay afloat. I even share a small school-lunch slip that proves how fast the mental load can pile up, even when you’re usually on top of it. If you’ve been feeling mom burnout, overwhelmed by routines, or stretched thin by family logistics, this one will feel like a deep exhale.

Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs to hear it, and leave a review so more parents can find Turn the Page Podcast. What system keeps your house running when the wheels start to come off?

  • 64: What If You Are Not A Problem To Fix
    2026/04/21

You ever catch your reflection and feel a split second of grief, like you’re looking at someone you don’t fully know? I’m coming to you solo and unfiltered, talking from the messy middle of it: turning 40 this year, carrying extra “fluff” after two kids, and wrestling with the gap between gratitude for my body and frustration with how unfamiliar it feels.

I open up about postpartum body changes, C-sections, weight gain, bloating, gut inflammation, and the exhausting cycle of trying to “fix” myself with diet culture shortcuts. Supplements, electrolytes, creatine, magnesium, bloat products, all the things that work great for someone else can totally backfire for me. That’s where the comparison trap hits hardest, especially when you’re surrounded by curated social media bodies and the quiet pressure to bounce back like motherhood never happened.

We also get into hormones and birth control, including how mood swings and pre-period depression can show up out of nowhere, and why I’m hoping a more localized option supports my mental health. I talk about reformer Pilates, impatience, chronic low back pain, and the bigger mindset shift I’m trying to make: learning my body instead of fighting it. I even share the part of my story that shaped all of this, my past with anorexia and bulimia, and why self-compassion isn’t optional when you’re rebuilding trust with your body.

If any of this sounds like your life, I hope you feel less alone after listening. Subscribe to Turn The Page Podcast, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review to tell us what you want to hear next. What’s one thing you’re doing to meet yourself where you are right now?

  • 63: Zodiac Deep Dive (ft. Sara Trach)
    2026/04/01

Our group chat energy goes live when we bring in our bestie Sara, aka our Zodiac Queen, and let the conversation take the scenic route through astrology, personality, and the weird little clues that make people make sense. We start with friendship history and a quick Enneagram detour, then jump into zodiac “this or that” questions that sound playful until they turn into real talk about vulnerability, privacy, and going hard for the people you love.

From there, we get honest about the body and the brain. Pregnancy symptoms, baby kicks, brain fog, and the way ADHD-style spirals can look like “Libra traits” if you squint. Sara shares why she’s drawn to the stars while still holding the skeptical truth that astrology is a tool, not a rule. We also talk spirituality, intuition, Reiki, psychic readings, and why some of us are curious while others are terrified of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Then we pivot into true crime and Psychology: hypervigilance in everyday places, The Yogurt Shop Murders, wrongful convictions, and the nature vs nurture question behind serial killers and violent behavior. To cleanse the palate, we end where we always end up anyway: reality TV. We break down The Traitors like it’s a social experiment, then Sarah tells the BravoCon story and how she actually met Lisa Vanderpump in the wild.

If you love astrology, Enneagram, Psychology, true crime podcasts, reality TV, and messy-but-meaningful friendship conversations, hit subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave us a review with your zodiac sign and your hottest take.
