  • GUIDED RESET: That voice in your head? We need to talk about it.
    2026/04/02

    Send us Fan Mail

How do you talk to yourself?

Not how you talk to other people.
    Not how you present yourself.

But the voice in your head… when no one else is around.

    Because that voice?
It’s either supporting you… or quietly tearing you down.

And most of the time… you don’t even realize it’s happening.

In this episode, we’re diving into:
    – Why your self-talk sounds the way it does
    – How it impacts your nervous system (more than you think)
    – Why negative self-talk keeps you stuck, overwhelmed, or shut down
    – And how to begin shifting it in a way that actually feels natural… not forced

Because this isn’t about “just think positive.” It’s about creating an internal environment that actually supports you. And if you wouldn’t say it to someone you love… you shouldn’t be saying it to yourself.

    That’s not motivation… that’s self-abuse.

And there’s enough of that in this world already.

I see this shift happen all the time with clients, when they change how they speak to themselves… their life starts to change too… often without them even realizing it at first.

    This one is real.
    A little confronting.
And one of the most important conversations you can have with yourself.

And as always… be kind to yourself, and be kind to others.

You never truly know what someone else is carrying.

    Keeping it Real,

    Jamie Lynn (& Daniel)

  • IDENTITY - WEEK 4: Hypnosis - Who are you without the mask?
    2026/03/26

    Send us Fan Mail

This episode is a little different… just because it is.

And honestly, it couldn’t be more fitting for what we’re talking about today.
We’re diving into what it really means to live without the mask, the subtle ways we perform, people-please, and manage how we’re perceived… often without even realizing it.

Because the mask doesn’t always look like hiding. Sometimes it looks like overexplaining. Sometimes it looks like being “easy to be around.”
Sometimes it looks like exhausting yourself just to keep everything smooth.

    In this episode, we explore:
    – How performance becomes automatic
    – The difference between authenticity and oversharing
    – What begins to shift when you stop managing how you’re seen

    And maybe most importantly…
what it feels like to start showing up as yourself, even just a little more than before.

This episode also includes a guided hypnosis experience to help you integrate this work on a deeper level.

⚠️ Please do not listen to the hypnosis portion while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.

    This one is real.
    A little raw.
And exactly where I’m at right now.

So if something in you has been feeling tired… disconnected… or like you’ve been “on” more than you’d like to admit…
    this episode is for you.

    Keeping it Real,
    Jamie Lynn (& Daniel)

  • IDENTITY - WEEK 3: Tools to Rewrite the Roles You Didn't Choose
    2026/03/19

    Send us Fan Mail

In Month 2 of Season 3, we’ve been exploring identity, how it forms, why it protects itself, and why letting go of inherited roles can feel unsafe.

This week, we move into rewiring.

In this episode, we share practical tools to help you interrupt conditioned responses, release identities that were placed on you, and begin stepping into the version of yourself you’re genuinely exploring.

Because identity doesn’t change through big declarations.

It changes through small moments of honesty, when you stop performing old roles and start practicing alignment instead.

As stated in the podcast, at the bottom of this description you will find a link to the tools and questions that will continue to guide you in connecting you with your 2027 identity.
