    Peter Parker is back! Or, well… his body is, at least. We’re finally digging into 2017’s adaptation of The Superior Spider-Man as Otto Octavius gets used to his new superpowered body, unmasks himself to learn the identity of his nemesis Spider-Man, and reckons with the reality that Peter Parker’s memories, experiences, and emotions are now his as well. Also, prepare for a hefty tangent discussing how various versions of Otto Octavius smell! It’s important!

    The title isn’t lying – Peter Parker/Spider-Man does not appear in this episode for even a second, and our other Spider-Folks finally take center stage! We return to the 2017 cartoon after way too long as Gwen Stacy seeks to regain her powers and become Ghost-Spider proper, while Miles Morales tries to mentor Anya Corazón on friendly neighborhood spidering. All that, plus a silly lil Tinkerer and a big kaiju Scorpion!
