概要
A lot of people know the letters A.L.C.B.A. — but not many know what it actually is, why it matters, or how much history is tied to it.
In this episode, I break down the American Leopard Cur Breeders Association, what a breed-specific registry can really do, and why Leopards have always been a unique breed with their own lane.
I also talk about the major shift that happened in 2008, how the breed ended up divided in different directions, and why many people still feel the effects of that today.
Most importantly, I talk about why there is still time to make a difference.
As long as knowledgeable people are still here, good dogs are still here, and people still care — there is still an opportunity to help get the Leopard breed back on a stronger path.
This is Part 2 of a 3-part series.
In the next episode, I’ll talk about where I believe things can go from here, what can be built, and what it will take moving forward.
