Hello all! It's been two months exactly since my last episode and guess what? I'm still a freaking mess, but that's okay. There is no handbook to help you get through this; it's okay to stumble through it. I had a hard day today, and I wanted to share that you're not alone in putting that fake smile on and then having a breakdown.
