  • Write Over Coffeee Podcast | Episode 3: Broken Trust — When the people who should love us hurt us
    2026/03/23

This episode holds space for the wounds we don’t always talk about—the ones caused by broken trust. If you’ve ever struggled to process that kind of pain, this conversation is for you.

Ask yourself: • What trust wound am I still carrying? • Have I allowed myself to acknowledge the depth of the pain? • What would healing look like for me?

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

“Even my close friend, someone I trusted, one who shared my bread, has turned against me.” — Psalm 41:9

  • Write Over Coffeee | Episode 2: The Weight of Words Unsaid
    2026/03/16

Have you ever carried the weight of something you wish you had said? Words left unspoken can stay with us for years, often turning into regret that quietly weighs on the heart.

In this episode, I open up about regret, the power of words, and the healing that can come when we bring our burdens to God. I share some personal insight into why this topic matters so deeply to me and how faith can offer comfort, grace, and peace even when we cannot change the past.

Sometimes the most powerful step toward healing is simply acknowledging what we’re carrying. I invite you to take a moment to reflect with me:

    • Is there a regret that you are carrying?

    • If you could say one thing to a person today, what would you say to them?

    Write it out:

Take a moment and write down what is bothering you. Getting the words out of your heart and onto paper can be the first step toward letting God begin to heal what hurts.

If you are walking through grief or a difficult season and need someone to talk to, I also offer grief and life coaching. You don’t have to carry it alone.

  • Write Over Coffeee | episode 1: why this podcast?
    2026/03/06

In this first episode, I share the heart behind the podcast and the voices that have quietly influenced my journey—my “silent mentors.” People like Lisa Harper, Jennie Allen, Trent Shelton, and Rachel Hollis have helped shape the way I see grief, healing, and resilience.

This podcast isn’t from the perspective of a therapist or psychiatrist. It’s simply from a human perspective—someone who deeply loved her dad and is learning how to live with loss.

If conversations about grief, growth, and honest healing resonate with you, I’d love for you to subscribe and follow along.
