概要
This episode pairs judicial insight with practical support for practitioners returning to, or moving within, the profession. The Senior President of Tribunals reflects on what makes written submissions truly effective, the pitfalls he sees, and how his view of good written advocacy has evolved on the bench. We’re also joined by the Inner Temple Librarian, who explains how the Library helps members refresh skills, navigate new areas of law, and work with confidence.
