The challenges are as bonkers as ever, including two firemen trying to blow up and pop a balloon through 300 metres of fire hose, a child off his shark knowledge and a guy on a motorbike trying to knock off coconuts on traffic cones!

We were honoured to speak to Ellis about her time in You Bet!, and other areas of her career as well. Ellis talks about being a dancer at the Moulin Rouge at 16 years of age, spending six months living in Japan, and much more.

She then talks about her time on You Bet!, what it was like to work with Sir Bruce Forsyth and Sir Matthew Kelly (it's just a matter of time!), and all the challenges, celebrities and forfeits that were a part of the show.
