  • Ch5: Words That Boxed Me Up (And How I Busted Out)
    2026/04/15

    Y’all. This one got real.

In this episode, I’m walking through Chapter 5 of Unboxing Blu — “Words That Break” — and I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. I talk about my daddy. About the night I asked him if he loved me… and the silence that followed was louder than anything he could’ve said.

He told me I’d end up in prison. Barefoot and pregnant at 16. That I was just like him, and there was no way around it.

Hate to spoil the ending: he was wrong.

But those words? They planted themselves deep. And maybe you’ve got some planted in you too — words from someone who was supposed to love you well but didn’t quite know how.

Here’s one thing I’ve learned. The enemy uses words as weapons. But God? He’s all about uprooting the weeds and chaos that was never meant to grow in your heart garden.

We talk Proverbs 18:21, rewiring your brain, speaking life over yourself, and yes — I yawn on my own podcast. Glitterally. No apologies.

Grab the book, grab some grace, and let’s get unboxed together.

🎙️ Share this with somebody who needs a little unboxing — and maybe a good laugh too.

  • Power of Going Back to Love Better: Ch4 wrapup
    2026/04/07

It’s another late-night recording—this time from a quiet hotel room on the road back to Nashville—and Blu Wyatt is still sitting in Chapter 4… still wrestling, still laughing, still learning. What starts as a reflection on a tiny town in Iowa turns into something deeper: a realization that sometimes the most powerful growth happens when you slow down, go back, and really see people again. The ones you forgot, the ones you misunderstood, and even the ones who hurt you.

This episode is a mix of humor, humility, and heart—stories from the farm, awkward hugs with strangers, hard conversations, and small moments that carry big meaning. Blu unpacks what it looks like to actually listen, to choose kindness over reaction, and to love people without knowing what they’re carrying. It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t always come in big breakthroughs… sometimes it’s in quiet moments, changed responses, and softened hearts.

If you’ve ever felt too busy, too hurt, or too disconnected to go back and make things right—or simply show up differently—this episode will nudge you. Not with pressure, but with perspective. Because maybe growth looks like less talking, more listening… less judging, more loving… and trusting that even the smallest shifts can change everything.

  • Unfinished, Unfiltered, and Still Worth Sharing…still chapter 4
    2026/04/07

It’s nearly midnight in a tiny Iowa town, and Blu Wyatt hits record—not because everything is polished, but because it’s not. Unboxing Blu, is the book she’s already published. Now she finds herself questioning it all… the book, the message, even her own voice. What unfolds is part storytelling, part laughter-through-tears, part honest reckoning with the past—family, memories, old wounds, and the unexpected ways God shows up right in the middle of it all.

This episode isn’t cleaned up or curated—it’s real. It’s what it sounds like when someone is walking through growth, not talking about it after the fact. If you’ve ever felt messy, unsure, or like you didn’t quite get it right… this one will hit home. Because maybe the point isn’t perfection—maybe it’s showing up anyway, letting God do the work, and trusting that even the imperfect parts of your story can still set someone free.

Tell your story. Share the messy bits too. It’ll help someone else walking through their own mess.

  • Spiders, Melatonin & Miracles…a night on the farm
    2026/03/26

It’s midnight. Three melatonin deep. Surrounded by spiders and the company of God. Maybe trying to make up for the fact that chapter 4 of her book unboxing Blu fell OH SO flat and it’s easier to speak in 3rd person than admit she’s jacked up her first publication…whatever.

Blu is recording from a farmhouse on her last night alone — no microphone, no plan, no script. Just a woman in the dark, too tired to pretend and too full not to talk.

What starts as a sleepy, unfiltered ramble turns into something you didn’t know you needed to hear tonight.

She talks about waking up at 2 a.m. to write down a country song she can’t share yet. She talks about spiders in palaces and dead flies she forgot to vacuum. And then — almost by accident — she starts rattling off miracles.

Healed feet. A fused spine that almost left her paralyzed from the waist down. Twenty-two years of chronic leg pain, gone. Bipolar. Hypoglycemia. A bunion that finally let her put her cowboy boots back on.

This episode is equal parts sleepy, silly, and spiritually serious — because healing is real, faith is a muscle, and sometimes God wakes you up before 2 a.m. just to remind you He’s still working.

If you’re lying awake tonight needing a miracle — this one’s for you.

  • Ch4: where the boxing started
    2026/03/20

Y’all… this one’s a little late-night, a little unfiltered, and honestly just me sitting with the Lord and letting it flow.

We’re diving into Chapter 4 — “3 Worlds, One Tiny Town” from Unboxing Blu, and somehow I’m recording this from a hotel room on my way back to that very town in Iowa. Tell me God doesn’t have a sense of humor.

This episode isn’t polished. It’s stories, memories, a little rambling, a little laughter, and a whole lot of heart. Farm life, family, growing up between different worlds… and realizing maybe I didn’t even tell half of it the first time around.

But more than that, it’s about slowing down… sitting in the quiet… and asking God what He wants to do next. Not just in my life—but in yours too.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re still being “unboxed”… like there’s more layers, more healing, more purpose ahead… this one’s for you.

Come hang out with me for a bit. It’s imperfect, it’s real, and it’s full of grace.

Here’s the book if ya wanna grab it.

  • S1E10: Pretty Ain’t Gonna Cut It Sis
    2026/03/16

Y’all, this one is a little all over the place in the best kind of way — part scripture, part encouragement, part prayer, and fully from the heart.

In this episode of the Unboxing Podcast, I circle back to something I meant to share from the last conversation about Chapter 3 of Unboxing Blu and the “ugly duckling” story. We talk about Proverbs 31:30 — “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised” — and why that truth matters so much when you’ve spent years feeling boxed in by insecurity, labels, fear, or other people’s opinions.

This episode is also a reminder that God is still unboxing all of us. Sometimes slowly. Sometimes gently. Sometimes right in the middle of chaos, storms, warnings, and all the noise around us. But through it all, He is faithful, He is near, and He is always calling us closer.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, limited, overwhelmed, or like you’re still figuring it all out, this episode is for you. We’re talking about identity, obedience, healing, freedom, the power of God’s Word, and learning to rest safely in the arms of the Father.

It’s real, imperfect, prayerful, and full of hope.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Proverbs 31:30 and true beauty

    • Letting God unbox the places you’ve been stuck

    • Why your obedience may help unlock freedom for someone else

    • Finding peace in the middle of life’s storms

    • The comfort, truth, and safety found in God’s Word

Come listen in, be encouraged, and maybe share this one with a friend who needs a little hope today.

  • Ch3: ugly duckling: unboxing Blu
    2026/03/10

I’m opening up Chapter 3 of Unboxing Blu — the chapter called “Ugly Duckling.” And let me tell you something… rereading my own words has me realizing God is still unboxing things in my heart that I barely even touched on in the book.

I share a bit about growing up as the tall, awkward, gangly girl who never quite fit in — the new kid, the tomboy with dirt under her nails, buck teeth, and more insecurities than confidence. But this isn’t really about the teasing or the pain from the past. It’s about the realization God gave me while writing this chapter:

    Nothing is wasted.

Every awkward season, every lonely moment, every hurtful word — God has a way of redeeming it. Sometimes He takes us back into those memories to heal them. Other times He simply removes the sting. And somehow, in His upside-down kingdom, the overlooked and rejected pieces of our story become the very things He uses for His glory.

This episode is a little storytelling, a little laughter, a little prayer, and a whole lot of honesty as we talk about healing, grace, and how God meets us right in the middle of our mess.

If you’ve ever felt like the ugly duckling, this one’s for you.

    And remember:

God wastes nothing. Not even the hardest parts of your story.
